亲爱的留学生同学们：

       2020年春学期即将结束，在这一段非同寻常的时间内，我们身处各地、线上相聚，顶住新冠病毒压力，圆满完成了学习任务，共同度过了一个有意义而又难忘的学期。在此，我们对各位同学的付出和努力表示感谢。暑假将至，现就暑假事宜对大家做以下提醒：

一、根据学校规定，暑假时间为7月11日~8月28日，8月29日~30日报到注册，8月31日（星期一）开始上课。新生报到时间以录取通知书为准。根据疫情防控具体情况，开学时间如有变化另行通知。

二、疫情尚未结束，请同学们继续保持警惕，常通风、勤洗手、少出门、不聚集，外出戴口罩，做好个人防护。

三、假期期间请不要离开自己的居住地区，尤其不要前往疫情中高风险区，适当运动，保持身心健康。

四、提高防范意识，注意自己的人身、财产安全，避免溺水、火灾事故发生。

五、在校留学生请遵守学校的相关规定，注意用水、用电安全，离开房间时一定要断电。

六、离校回国的留学生，请将自己的详细行程提前上报给学院老师，并注意旅途安全，做好个人防护，保管好个人财物。

七、暑假期间每天需要继续上报体温，如遇问题请及时与值班老师沟通。

Dear International Students,

      The spring semester of 2020 is coming to an end.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,we had to meet online,staying across the world.But you have successfully completed the study assignment and have been through a meaningful and memorable semester together.We would like to thank you for your efforts.The summer vacation is coming. Now we would like to remind you some tips.

1. According to the school regulations, the summer vacation time is from July 11 to August 28, report to register on August 29 ~30, and classes begin on August 31 (Monday).The registration time for new students shall be subjected to the admission notice.In case of any change due to the specific situation of epidemic prevention and control, the school opening date will be notified .

2. The epidemic is not over yet, Students should remain vigilant.Frequent ventilation, wash hands frequently, go out less, do not gather, wear masks when going out, and take good personal protection.

3. During the holidays, please do not leave your residential area, especially the high-risk areas of the epidemic, and do proper exercise to maintain physical and mental health.

4. Raise awareness of prevention, pay attention to personal and property safety, and avoid drowning and fire accidents.

5.International students should observe the relevant regulations of the university, pay attention to the safety of water and electricity, and make sure the power is cut off when you leave the room.

6. International students who will leave for their own countries, please report your detailed itinerary to the teachers of the college in advance, pay attention to the safety of the trip, take good personal protection and take care of your belongings.

7.It is necessary to continue to report the body temperature every day during the summer vacation. If there is any problem, please timely communicate with the teacher on duty.
