留学生同学们：

    2016年暑假放假日期为：7月16日--- 9月4日。正式上课时间为9月5日。

1. 已经毕业的奖学金生免费住宿日期至7月15日截止。

2. 初次报到的奖学金新生免费住宿日期至8月20日开始。

3. 为了您的安全考虑，如有暑假期间外出或回国计划，请提前到总台填写《暑假计划表》，以便遇到紧急情况可及时处理。假期期间，请同学们注意人身财产安全，不允许从事与留学生身份不符的任何活动。

4. 再次检查自己的居留许可到期时间。请至少在到期日15天之前到202办公室或者联系老师申请延期。由于暑假为非正常工作期间，所以请同学们务必注意，不要错过办理时间，否则责任自负。

All International Students:

    The 2016 Summer Vacation duration is: July 16^th --- Sept. 4^th. The Semester will start on Sept. 5^th.

1. The free recommendation date for Scholarship Graduates will end on July 15th.

2. The free recommendation date for Scholarship Freshmen will start on Aug. 20th.

3. Considering your safety, please go to Reception Desk to fill out , in case of emergency conduction. Please take care of your personal safety, do not do any activities that not fit for international students.

4. Check your visa expiring date again, if your visa will expire , please go to Office 206 or contact teacher to apply visa extension at least 15 days in advance. Summer vacation is not normal working period, so please be cautious about it, do not miss applying date, or will take responsibility by yourself.
